| Hey everyone, I'm Chris! I'm 19, and live in East Sussex, England Just finished my A Levels I'm really into powerkiting/kiteboarding, photography and graphic design. I don't do a lot of the graphic design stuff, just do occasional pieces for my own enjoyment and to stick up on here, but I want to change that! I work in a photographic shop at the moment, and I'm hoping that the other job i'm involved with will really take off and keep me occupied for the next year, maybe beyond that I've called myself an "Experimental Photographer" - i'm trying to work out what my style is! I've been a member on here for about 3 years, and never really got myself involved with the community, so my aim for the forseeable future is to become a more active member! This of course means I'll have to get some new art/photos up, which will be a bit of a challenge I think... I'll do my best, I promise! |
Sorry to bother you, but I'm trying to find young illustrators/designers around Sussex to tell them about a great opportunity run by Connexions 360.
We're running a competition for young people in Sussex, where the winners will have a chance to work with professional illustrator, Rhys Wootton ([link]). The winner's design concept will be applied across the new Connexions 360 website.
To enter all you need to do is submit a self-portrait entitled How I see myself to our Facebook page, and then follow the instructions. Have fun and be as creative as possible. The page is at [link]
If you want any more information it would be great if you got in touch, any feedback is also appreciated.
Many thanks,
Matthew (Connexions 360)
